Chris is a licensed Real Estate Agent focusing on commercial properties in the “Greater Danbury” area. He was introduced to real estate through an investment REIT set up by professional connections and became a commercial real estate agent in 2017. He previously spent almost two decades as a strategic partner to his Executive-level clients in Fortune 100 companies. He has brought that same hands-on/partnership approach to his real estate clients by guiding them through transactions and acting as a trusted advisor. His 18 years of success in corporate sales at Gartner and IBM is a testament to his hard work, focus, and ability to deliver which he will bring to his real estate clients. With over 60 transactions to date across industrial, office, and retail properties he has already begun to translate his success into real estate.
Chris grew up in Danbury, CT where he graduated from Immaculate High School. His family now resides in Ridgefield, CT and he’s married with a 3-year old daughter. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf and basketball, and watching sports.

- IBM – 10 years in sales working with Fortune 100 Clients selling multimillion-dollar technology solutions that ran the core of their businesses. Worked with high-ranking executives to manage strategic relationships for IBM. Responsible for over $25M of revenue on a yearly basis.
- Gartner – 8 Years in sales working with Fortune 100 Clients. Sold strategic consulting services to Executive-level clients. Worked with clients to drive their strategic imperatives allowing them to achieve revenue and efficiency goals.
