Patti Porter Struna
President & Co-Founder
Patti Porter Struna is President and Co-Founder of Advantage Realty Commercial, which she helped establish in 1988. With more than four decades of real estate experience, she has built a career spanning brokerage, business leadership, client representation, and commercial real estate in Connecticut and now in Florida. She is a licensed real estate broker in both states and holds the GRI, e-PRO® and CRB designations. She is also a CCIM candidate.
Patti graduated magna cum laude from the University of Vermont with a B.S. in Fashion Merchandising and later completed postgraduate studies in Architecture and Design at Western Connecticut State University. Her professional background also includes more than 25 years as an international flight attendant with American Airlines.
Patti has also been active in community and philanthropic organizations, including Danbury Hospital, AIDS Project Greater Danbury, and Habitat for Humanity among others.
Athletics have been a lifelong part of Patti’s life. She and her husband, Mike met as competitive ski racers while racing for the American Airlines ski team, competing internationally for many years. Patti was a competitive swimmer in college and a gymnast through high school and over the years has enjoyed tennis, sailing, windsurfing, and pickleball.
Today, golf is her primary competitive sport. She also enjoys travel, dancing, reading, gardening, and design.
